Carv Secures $10M to Enhance Recruiter-AI Synergy
Recruitment AI company Carv just announced that it has secured $10M in seed funding. This comes after the successful launch of its recruitment platform in March and the impressive progress the company has made since then. Among the investors are Global Founders Capital and a group of independent angel investors who have previously supported successful companies like Slack, Miro, and Revolut. With this funding, Carv aims to accelerate its growth and expand the capabilities of its platform to cover various aspects of the recruitment process.
Carv's platform tackles one of the biggest challenges in talent acquisition today: the overwhelming amount of administrative work involved in recruitment. According to industry data, recruiters spend anywhere between 20% to 40% of their time on administrative tasks, which hinders their ability to focus on what truly matters – the candidates. With Carv, recruiters can now delegate these time-consuming admin tasks to a personalized AI, allowing them to prioritize their interactions with candidates.
Co-founder Barend Raaff explains, "We often discuss the future of AI in recruitment in abstract terms, but with Carv, we're making it a reality.
