The American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) has introduced MOTION, an innovative career exploration platform, designed to aid its nearly 61,000 members in making well-informed career decisions. MOTION, a map-based platform, offers Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) comprehensive data to locate optimal opportunities for personal and professional growth. Members can take control of their job search by accessing an extensive database of CRNA employer locations across the United States.

MOTION, developed by MedGeo Ventures, offers CRNAs an interactive map with various designations for each employer location:

- INACTIVE SITES: Employers can update practice site information and branding.

- NETWORKING SITES: Employers can build talent pipelines and connect with potential hires.

- HIRING SITES: Employers can identify locations with active job openings and post unlimited job listings.

Additional features include community data layers like housing costs and commute times, direct employer messaging, site following for notifications, and career liaisons to assist members.

AANA, striving to support CRNAs during a pivotal time, collaborated with MedGeo to equip healthcare professionals with effective career navigation tools. MedGeo aims to enhance the member experience through advanced search filters and a user-friendly search process.
