This virtual queue allows the agency to effectively communicate with applicants and assist them in transitioning smoothly.


"We've significantly reduced our paperwork," Hamilton mentioned, highlighting that Alaskans can now complete the entire Pioneer Homes application process, including submitting necessary documents, online.
