mPrest Chosen For DERMS By EDF Renewables


mPrest, a leading developer of Distributed Energy Resource Management Systems (DERMS), has been selected by EDF Renewables Israel Ltd. to manage and optimize its distributed solar and storage assets. EDF Renewables Israel, a key player in Israel's competitive distributed energy market, sought a sophisticated Virtual Power Plant (VPP) platform to maximize trading profits and integrate various energy systems seamlessly. mPrest's DERMS platform acts as a comprehensive "system of systems" orchestration platform, optimizing energy costs and integrating with multiple Energy Management Systems (EMS'). Natan Barak, mPrest's CEO, highlighted the innovation in energy management offered by their DERMS platform, while Ayalon Vaniche, CEO of EDF Renewables Israel, emphasized the importance of their solar and storage-based VPP in advancing towards a cleaner energy future.
